ABOUT ME
My name is Marzena Semerga, and I've been a hairdresser for over twenty years.
For the past ten years, I've worked in a hair salon in Ireland. I love constantly learning and growing in this industry, which always brings new opportunities. I'm interested in hair chemistry, trichology, and everything
related to hair, especially the science behind it. I gain knowledge from various training sessions, books, and scientific research that I love to read.
Recently, I developed an interest in digital marketing. It's a new skill for me, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it! I'm learning more about it to reach a broader audience with my mission My journey in hairdressing began in 2000, when the industry in Poland was still developing. There were limited products, one wholesaler for the entire region, and sales reps who visited once every six months. A lot has changed in these twenty years, but one thing has stayed the same: my love for
what I do.
Living in Ireland made it harder to attend training sessions, so I was grateful when online training became available during the pandemic. I could continue to grow and stay updated with new trends.
I've always focused on innovation, creativity, and teamwork in the hairdressing industry. This led me to create Salon Masters Club – a platform born out of the need to stay updated without wasting time searching the internet.
What is Salon Masters Club?
It's a platform that regularly sends information about training and
other events in the hairdressing world directly to subscribers' email inboxes in creative newsletters.
I believe a paid subscription, even though it might seem outdated, can meet modern market needs when done right and supported by new technologies.
The subscription costs just euro 13 a year! I wanted to make the subscription affordable for young, unemployed people who are just thinking about this career or have just started in hairdressing.
I created this project to bring the hairdressing community together.
I want to build connections between people in the industry and inspire continuous growth. I hope that young people, looking for their path, will feel encouraged to grow and learn from the start with the knowledge in my newsletters.
